Kehrwegstadion
The Kehrwegstadion is a football stadium in the Belgian city of Eupen. It is the home of football club KAS Eupen. The stadium is owned by the city of Eupen, which makes it available to the football club. K.A.S. Eupen was promoted to the Jupiler Pro League in 2010. To play in the Pro league, the stadium had to be rebuilt to meet the requirements of the professional league. All this was completed by October 2010. The capacity was expanded to 8,363 places. There were floodlights on the field, as well as field heating. The costs for this amounted to approximately 5 million euros.
