Guldensporen Stadion
Guldensporen Stadion is located in Kortrijk, Belgium and is the home ground of KV Kortrijk. The stadium was renovated in 2008, following the promotion of KV Kortrijk to the Belgian First Division. KV Kortrijk’s plans are already well advanced for the construction of a new football stadium on the Evolis industrial estate next to the E17 in Kortrijk. It will cost around 50 Million Euro. Vincent Tan, owner of KV Kortrijk, previously indicated that he did not want to invest in the new stadium. It would be a stadium with about 12,000 seats and 20 VIP boxes. The works would start in 2024. KV Kortrijk would then be able to finish its home matches in the new stadium from 2026 and leave the Guldenspoor Stadium.
